5 Black Pepper Tips for Amnesia Control

  • Black pepper
  • 25 grams butter

Mix black pepper and sugar to form a paste. Consume every day, you can probably even use this as a condiment.

Tip 4: Almond + Black Pepper

This almond milk works excellent for the mind, improve memory, body strength and eyesight.

You Will Need:

  • 7 almonds
  • 2 small cardamoms
  • 3-gram big fennel
  • 7 black pepper
  • 7 almonds
  • 2 tablespoon honey or sugar cand

Steps:

  1. Soak all these herbs in water for overnight in clay container.
  2. Remove the cover of cardamom and almonds next morning.
  3. Grind it with a fennel and black pepper to form a thin paste.
  4. Now mix it in 250-gram water and filter it using a clean cloth.
  5. Mix honey in this solution and drink it slowly.
  6. Use this process daily.
  7. You can increase two almonds every week till 15.

Note: In summer, replace fennel with dry coriander.

Tip 5: Pepper + Milk

You Will Need:

  • 7 almonds
  • 250-millimeter milk

Steps:

  1. Soak almond in water and next morning peel them to form a paste.
  2. Make pepper paste and mix it with almond paste.
  3. Now mix it with 250-millimeter milk.
  4. Boil that milk for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Mix 1 tablespoon pure ghee (butter) and 2 tbsp sugar.
  6. Leave it to cool down and Follow this for nearly 40 days daily.
